No Show Policy
Our schedules stay very full and we often have a waiting list. Our no show policy is designed to encourage our patients to give us an opportunity to offer appointment times to others if you are unable to make your appointment. Patients who cancel without 24 hours prior notice or who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged half of expected charges for their appointment. Exceptions will be made in the event of inclement weather or REAL emergencies. Please be considerate of our staff and other patients and call our office as soon as possible if you cannot keep your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
