:: Indoor Cycling & Outdoor Group Rides
Scientifically designed indoor cycling workouts that will build and develop your fitness and understanding of cycling and training principles. These sequential workouts allow you to train on your bike while our coaches monitor your fitness and progression by constantly measuring your power output.
All coaches are USA Cycling / USA Triathlon certified and lead workouts that are personalized to your goals and fitness level. Add in all the benefits of small group training and you get one of the best cycling workouts around. Our coaches include: an Olympic coach, the coach of multiple World Champions, a World and Olympic Cycling Champion, professional Triathletes and more.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Participants need to bring their bike (with a slick back tire, no mt bike or cross knobby tires) cycling shoes, bike clothing and a water bottle. Please note that your bike must have a rear skewer (quick release on the back wheel) that is perfectly round and is designed to fit in a trainer. If you do not have one, they will be available for $15 at your first training session. Showers and towels are available post ride at BCSM.
EKG’s: Males over 45 and women over 55 must have an exercise EKG done at BCSM prior to the first ride or have your doctor sign a form giving you medical clearance. This medical form and all related info will be emailed to you in a confirmation email. If you need to book an EKG at BCSM please contact Robin at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 303-441-2285.
CHANGING CLASSES: Please register carefully, there is a $25 charge to switch classes, and we are unable to issue refunds. If you need to switch classes, call (303) 441-2285.
