Coaching the Multi-Sport Athlete:  BEYOND THE BASICS

Boulder Center for Sports Medicine is hosting this informative symposium April 27, 28, and 29. 

This course is designed for certified triathlon coaches and other coaches involved in swimming, cycling, and running.

Coaching the multi-sport athlete requires an extensive understanding of sport science, athlete management, and a diverse set of skills to truly help them achieve peak performance.   This three-day course will provide knowledge to create more effective training plans, identify how common injuries occur and how to prevent them, and develop an understanding of what resources are available to be a great coach.
